Shipping
Delivery Time
- The delivery time will be calculated at checkout, based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.
- Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-10 business days if you are located within the continental U.S., and 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
- After shipping, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
Restrictions
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery due to their value. UPS typically operates between 9 AM — 6 PM on business days. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You may provide an alternative daytime delivery address, such as your work address (recommended).
- We are unable to schedule deliveries, so please be aware that your order might be delivered on weekends.
- Sales taxes will be applied as required by law.
- International shipping is excluded to Russia.
Pick Up at the Showroom
- You can opt to "Pick Up at the Showroom" and collect your order in person (Available only for Boca Raton, FL, and surrounding areas).
- This option is available if the item is in stock at the showroom. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup, typically within 2 business days.
